Firm News: Trademark cancellation

We have assisted our Client, a subsidiary of one of the largest generic pharmaceutical companies in the world, with regards to the trademark cancellation procedures, filed by another very large international pharma company, based on trademark infringement and prior rights claims.

Our Trademark department assisted and represented the Client in court, offering assistance with all matters pertaining to the legal proceedings, from the analysis to the actual drafting of the documents. The initial proposal of reaching an amicable settlement was unsuccessful and the case was settled in court, our Client being successful.
