Being drawn to the dynamics and diversity of the Intellectual Property field, Mihaela joined the Cosmovici Intellectual Property team in 2018, where she has been successfully assisting professionals from Switzerland, United States of America and the European Union, by offering legal support for their businesses, innovative projects and technical progress.
Mihaela holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law at the University of Bucharest and a LL.M. in Judicial Studies. She has also graduated from the Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University, Collège Juridique Franco-Roumain d’Etudes Européennes (Licence en Droit). She has professional working proficiency in both English and French.
She has gained experience in various fields of business on intellectual property matters (FMCG sector, medical and pharmaceutical companies, service providers, etc.), namely trademark rights, design rights, copyright and related rights, on due diligence processes, as well as in drafting agreements and conducting negotiations for concluding and implementing contractual arrangements.
