Liviu graduated from the Faculty of Law, “Stefan cel Mare” University of Suceava, and has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2017.

Before joining the IP practice at Cosmovici Intellectual Property, Liviu has gained significant experience within a renowned litigation law firm being involved in various projects and acting as a pleading lawyer before Romanian courts of all levels, including High Court of Cassation and Justice.

At our firm, Liviu provides in-depth, prompt, and professional legal advice for clients in relation with any related IP matters, such as identifying IP rights infringement, drafting strategies, mediating disputes, and negotiating settlements. He also ensures clients representation in court demonstrating utmost professionalism.
