Ana-Maria Teodorescu is an experienced intellectual property lawyer with a strong background in litigation and dispute resolution. Throughout her career, she has advised and represented clients in intellectual property matters before OSIM, EUIPO and national courts.

Ana-Maria’s professional training includes a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Bucharest, as well as a bachelor’s degree and a Master I in European Law from the French-Romanian Law College of European Studies. She completed her professional legal training at the National Institute for Training and Development of Lawyers in Bucharest and has been a fully qualified lawyer since 2020. She is fluent in Romanian, English and French.

Her practice focuses on intellectual property litigation, including trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings, as well as patent disputes. Ana-Maria advises clients on complex contentious matters, drafts procedural documents and legal opinions, and represents clients before intellectual property offices and courts. Her experience also extends to civil, administrative and corporate law, insolvency, consumer protection and human rights litigation, including proceedings before the European Court of Human Rights.

Alongside her legal practice, Ana-Maria has been involved in several professional and academic initiatives, including ELSA Bucharest, where she served as Vice-President. She has also contributed to Practice of Law. Essays in Honor of Valeriu Stoica (2023) and Real Estate Development and Urban Planning. Legal Commentary and Studies (2025), both published by Universul Juridic.

Interests & Passions: skiing, mountain biking, road cycling and travelling.
