We believe that a practical solution to complex problems for companies that are concerned about trademarks infringement is represented by the coexistence agreements. This kind of agreements will help both businesses to solve a trademark issue amicably and to continue their activity, without any infringement implications.
Thus, after long negotiations, we managed to negotiate and conclude a coexistence agreement for an in-progress opposition for one of our clients. This agreement will allow our Client to produce in house confectionery products and to coexist on the market with an important player in the FMCG industry. We call this a WIN-WIN situation.
