We have assisted a Belgian based undertaking that activates in the field of electric mobility devices to register a pledge in France, Germany, United Kingdom, and Netherlands. Our Patents department assisted the client through the entire process such as providing every legal requirement form each national legislation, filing all documents in front of the national IP offices and strategy steps that should be taken after the registration of the pledge.
