Rebranding for the US market


We have provisionally registered the trademark of one of our clients, Pan Paillasse, in the USA, and we started using the mark there, which is why we have submitted a proof of use for marking the completion of the registration process.

The customer is a Swiss Boulanger who, for marketing reasons, will promote his products under the Pan Paillasse brand in the US and not Pain Paillasse (would have been read by the American public as “pain” and would have affected their brand image)
